Terms and Conditions for New Patient Dental Hygiene Promotion Offer

This promotion is valid only in conjunction with dental examinations booked and attended between August 1st, 2024, and September 30th, 2024.

1) Eligibility: This offer is available to new a patients of Integrated Dentalcare.

2) The Offer: Patients who book and attend a dental examination during the offer period will receive a 30% discount on a 1st dental hygiene treatment.

3) Discount Usage: The 30% discount must be used by December 31st, 2024. Any unused discounts will expire after this date.

4) Booking: To claim this offer, patients must mention the promotion when booking their dental examination and quote point of collection of promotional leaflet

5) Limited Availability: This offer is subject to availability. The practice reserves the right to limit the number of promotional appointments available.

6) Non-Transferable: This offer cannot be transferred to another person or combined with any other promotional offers.

7) Cancellation: If a patient cancels or fails to attend their examination appointment without providing at least 48 hours' notice, they may forfeit their eligibility for this offer.

8) No Cash Alternative: There is no cash alternative to the 30% discount offer.

9) Exclusions: The 30% discount applies only to standard dental hygiene treatments. Any additional treatments or services will be charged at standard rates.

10) One-Time Use: The 30% discount can only be used once per patient during the promotional period.

11) Discretion: The practice reserves the right to refuse the offer to any individual at its discretion.
